  I've only had to deal with the pharmacy at this CVS only twice, but both times have been painful enough that I will now avoid this place. 1st time, attendant could not answer any questions about how the process worked or why the system was saying my insurance would not cover prescription, although my insurance was saying they would. 2nd time, I called with a simple question about a different prescription, which should have been an easy question to answer in about 90 seconds, but I was put on hold for 20 minutes until I just hung up. When I called back I was given an attitude! Why would the automated phone service even have 4 or 5 options when there isn't even one person in the place that is able to take a call? What the heck. I'm moving on... Beware...
