I find them to be trustworthy, fair, and gifted. I've had my engagement ring cleaned and repaired by Kettermans; I've bought several Brighton items there; and my son bought a beautiful diamond engagement ring from them. Every experience we've had at Kettermans has been top notch. I was especially impressed by their integrity in helping out a neighbor jewelry store when they were closing.
