  I dropped a laptop for a diagnostic and estimate that they said they would provided the following day. After 3 days of no word, I called to find out that they had not yet done anything as they had lost my password and the tech was out sick. I arrived to pick-up the computer with intentions to use it for a few hours and take it back later in the day. Upon arrival, the tech was still not in but I was told it would be $160 for the glitch in explorer to be fixed. In addition I was told that 50% of that was the cost for them to provide an estimate and was due immediately for them to give me the computer back with NO repairs done. Their rate is $79 per hour and they do not seem very technically savvy, and certainly do not run their business professionally.

  This initial repair costed $79 for labor ($30 higher then BestBuy) and $81 for power supply ($50 more then BestBuy). I took computer home then processor died which they claimed was a separate issue....hmmm, and another $90.00's later, they claim BestBuy sucks you in for a second visit....These guys will be out of business very soon!
