  This has been my pharmacy for the last few years, but recently it looks like half or more of my prescriptions require an order, and it's been hard getting my medications/supplements in a timely manner. Occasionally I would learn that my prescription wouldn't be ready - while already trying to pick it up (no calls with an information in advance). When I tried to transfer one of my prescriptions (just one refill) to a different pharmacy, just so that I don't have to wait for my medication another three days (refill called in Friday morning would wait for Monday delivery), I was told they can't transfer just one refill, I'd have to transfer the full prescription, and I would have transfer the full prescription back to Rite Aid afterwards. What's more - I was told that the other Pharmacy would have to call them to have the prescription transferred, which goes against logic for me. The other pharmacy was also baffled by this, but were very courteous and called Rite Aid for me. At this point I've decided to just transfer to the other pharmacy for all my future prescriptions and not use Rite Aid again.
