  I would give them negative 10 stars, don't go there, no one has any clue as what they are doing, you will go there every week more than you go to your own home but nothing gets fixed PERIOD. They are bunch of liars and crooks, the guy Raahimi in the store has no knowledge what so any, he doesn't know how to use a smart phone to make even calls, don't know about how to do a contract activate and even charge phones.... Stay away to stay out of trouble.

  Terrell is the best!!!! He made upgrading 4 of our phones not only easy but entertaining as well!! (He has a great voice & old soul) Excellent customer service! He was happy, helpful and very informative. If you need assistance i’d Suggest calling & making an appointment with Terrell directly.
