- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 04, 2019, by Jack WuTerrible customer service. We have wait an hour to simply replace a lost SIM card. There’s only 2 associates there, and they both work like it’s vacation. Strongly recommend doing things online in stead of walking in store unless you have ton of free time to waste. Never coming back.
