  I've been going here about 2 years. I've not had issues with the phone-they answer. Certainly not tremendous customer service, but for the most part has been OK. I originally went to Walmart pharmacy because I paid out of pocket initially and they're one of the less expensive around. I've had some frustrating times but really, I don't feel it's terrible. When a new staff member joins I believe they are barely trained at all and others seem to take their time before helping new staff while you stand there. That's about it. They do know me at this point so possibly that may help.
