  Wonderful little gem in Leesburg! The staff are very professional and provide excellent customer service. I couldn't find a jeweler to repair a ring that I bought while traveling abroad until I found White and Ivory. The store has a good selection of fine jewelry to choose from and at reasonable prices. Stop by and check it out!

  I highly recommend White & Ivory for their commitment to quality, making sure customers are well-served, and their overall personal touch - which is what I valued most. I had a customized engagement ring made and Alina (who manages custom designs) worked within my budget, incorporated my ideas, and produced the ring that I had imagined. It took a few visits which I expected, but the experience was worth it. Paying attention to the process is important. My fiance was very appreciative when I explained the time and effort it took to get this special ring for her. All of that adds extra value for both of us and I have White & Ivory to thank for that. It was worth the effort many times over. If going the custom route, I recommend having photos in mind of the design you want before trying to explain it in layman's terms. I confused myself by using wrong terminology when trying to explain my ideas. Definitely keep White & Ivory on the top of your list.
