When I picked up a steamer, I didn't notice that there is a sharp steel stick on the side which cut through my index finger and caused a bleeding wound around 1 inch long. I took the defective merchandise to a register since I didn't want anyone else gets hurt, and showed her the stick and my bleeding finger. She looked didn't care it at all. Poker face all the time, simply took it back and no apology, even didn't say "sorry". Defective merchandise, poor management, worst attitude and customer care.
